Marvel Comics have announced three more ‘Empyre’ tie-ins releasing from May: “Empyre: Stormranger” and “Empyre: The Invasion of Wakanda” (both three-issue series), and the one-shot “Empyre: Savage Avengers.” The first comic, “Stormranger,” will be a “Magnificent Ms. Marvel” spin-off from series writer Saladin Ahmed and artist Steven Cummings, which follows the Kree nanosuit that was bonded with Kamala Khan until it decided she wasn’t deadly enough for her, as it charts its own path in space.

The Kree nanosuit known as Stormranger was once bonded to Ms. Marvel… but after deciding Kamala’s version of justice wasn’t deadly enough, Stormranger rebelled against her. Now Stormranger is charting her own course—just in time for the united Kree/Skrull Empire to engulf Earth in a centuries-old conflict.

Whose side is this ruthless space vigilante on, and how much havoc will she wreak before we find out?

The second mini, “Empyre: Invasion of Wakanda,” is written by “Black Panther and the Agents of Wakanda” scribe Jim Zub with art by Lan Medina, and will see T’Challa’s agents rallying to defend Wakanda from the Kree-Skrull invasion while the king is elsewhere with the Avengers. This will be the second ‘Empyre’ miniseries written by Zub, after “Empyre: Avengers.”

The heart of Wakanda—its mighty store of vibranium—comes under threat as the villains of EMPYRE launch their invasion of Earth! Black Panther’s Agents of Wakanda form the front line against the alien invasion, but the enemy’s powers are vast and unknown.

With T’Challa off fighting alongside the Avengers, General Okoye is in charge—and even with the super humans are her disposal, she may find herself outmatched.

The “Secret Avengers” one-shot, penned by main series writer Gerry Duggan with art by Greg Smallwood, will see Venom coming to Conan the Barbarian’s rescue, after the time-displaced warrior is captured by Kree-Skrull forces in South America.

Conan and Venom team up against enemies from beyond the stars in a new one-shot.

In South America, Conan finds himself enslaved—which is typically bad news for those attempting to do the enslaving! But these enslavers come from beyond the stars, and they’ve got a singular and grisly end in store for the Cimmerian—one that only Venom can help him avoid!

These announcements come in the wake of yesterday’s news that there will be an “Empyre: Thor” miniseries (from writer Ram V and artist Pasqual Ferry), and a two-part “Squadron Supreme” tie-in by Mark Waid and Dio Neves.
