With San Diego Comic Con opening in just one week (Preview Night! Nightmares, start your engines!), the press train for the event is getting into full swing, and a hell of a doozy was dropped in the reveal of the Comic Con Preview edition of “Entertainment Weekly”, which finds “Avengers: Age of Ultron” taking the lead on the cover.

What makes it special, though, is who appears on it, and it’s not Iron Man or Captain America. No, it’s Ultron, the big bad of the movie, and notably, there are a hell of a lot of him in the vein of the comic that it shares a name with. And you know what? He looks pretty rad, and mostly looks pretty damn similar to comic book Ultron. More specificially, he looks like comic book Ultron had a lovechild with a Michael Bay edition Transformer, but that’s still a pretty good look even if it’s just from a magazine cover.

Expect a ton of information about “Avengers: Age of Ultron” to arrive next weekend in their grand Hall H extravaganza, but for now, share your thoughts on Ultron’s look in the comments if you have any. “Avengers: Age of Ultron” arrives May 1, 2015, and by the looks of it, those mighty heroes have their hands full in this edition.
