So, “Forever Evil” is a thing that’s happening. It’s the seven-issue event spinning out of “Trinity War” and the Villain Month of September by Geoff Johns and David Finch. All we know about it so far is that something happens to rid the world of heroes, which will possibly be revealed in “Trinity War”, and the villains run amok. Well, over at IGN Geoff Johns revealed that not only will the villains of the DCU take over Earth, but they’ll also have some competition.

Yes, that’s right, the Crime Syndicate Of America are returning! And they’re here to save the world from the bad guys. The other bad guys. The Crime Syndicate will once again make the journey from Earth-3 to Earth-0 with most of the familiar faces, to those familiar with the Syndicate, returning. The members of the Syndicate will be Ultraman, Superwoman, Owlman, Power Ring, Johhny Quick and one new face: Deathstorm. “He’s essentially a mad Nazi scientist with Atomic Power at his hand,” Johns told IGN.

So, you see, evil really is relative and you’ll find out just how relative in “Forever Evil” #1 by Geoff Johns and David Finch, this September and– wait.

Is that Batman? That’s Batman. But is it Bruce Wayne? Geoff Johns claims it might not be. Interesting…

Ask her about the unproduced Superman films of 1990 - 2006. She can be found on various corners of the internet, but most frequently on Twitter: @alicewcastle
