Titan Comics had quite the 2014, establishing themselves as one of the premier publishers in comics with their successful licenses (“Doctor Who,” “Penguins of Madagascar”) and their creator-owned work (“Lenore,” “Mono”). The folks at Titan have given us an exclusive announcement of one of their new series for 2015, “Surface Tension,” from Jay Gunn. Gunn, a relatively unknown creator, is both writing and drawing the series, which launches in May, and is centered on the aftermath of a catastrophic event. The tagline “we are all made of water,” along with the images of the creatures behind our protagonist, lend a creepy and exciting tone to the image.

The book will be available for pre-order in the March Previews catalog. Stay tuned for more information about the book as it becomes available.
