Did you know there is a Fringe comic? It’s on Wildstorm. Wildstorm belongs to DC, so why not have the two crossover in some humorous way?

Well, on tonight’s episode of Fringe, which is the season finale of the show, keep your eyes open for a series of humorous easter eggs in the form of “alternate reality comic covers,” such as the one featured here. According to The Source, “tonight’s episode both universes are put at great risk as Walter (John Noble) and Olivia (Anna Tory) visit the “other side.” But what are some of the cool Easter egg-style things one would see on the “other side”? Well, stuff like that RED LANTERN/RED ARROW cover, for starters.”

So if you’re a Fringe fan and a comic fan, keep your eyes peeled for some covers in tonight’s episode. The Source promises to share the rest of them with us tomorrow once the show airs, so keep your eyes peeled for that as well. Hopefully they’re all as chuckle worthy as this one.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
