I suppose everyone will be making some kind of King’s Speech related joke right now, but Oscar winner Geoffrey Rush will be voicing Tomar-Re in the upcoming live action Green Lantern film. Tomar-Re will be the mentor role for Ryan Reynold’s Hal Jordan in a similar way to the role Mark Strong’s Sinestro will play, albeit more immediate and a tad more spiritually.
It’s also rumored that Michael Clarke Duncan is voicing Kilowog, but no confirmations about that have been made.
