I can’t believe I am actually typing those words – but yes, it’s true.
Morrison is a self proclaimed fan of Gerard Way’s work, having absolutely praised Umbrella Academy up and down. Since sharing a panel at SDCC ’08, the two have always meant to work together. Way actually wanted Morrison to work on videos for Black Parade and playing the Devil. Now, with the announcement of their new album and new single, Morrison appears as the villain in this crazy Mad Max/Tank Girl-esque post-apocalyptic video.
