Good news for fans of “Hoax Hunters” as The Hollywood Report has reported that Quality Transmedia producer Jeff Krelitz has optioned the comic for a feature film adaptation. For those of you unfamiliar with the comic, it’s an Image series created by Michael Moreci and Steve Seeley about a reality TV that uncovers and debunks paranormal occurrences that is a front to keep those occurrences a secret from the world at large. Sounds like it could be a hell of a film.
Krelitz is also the producer of the in development “Peter Panzerfaust” for the BBC, which begs the question: between this and the apparent RZA directed adaptaion of “Happy” what other Image series from the last year could we see adapted in the future? Food for thought.
