Most of us Multiversity writers are big fans of Paul Cornell’s work, whether its in comics or television. We also love free swag. As such, we can’t keep his newest installment of his Twelve Blogs of Christmas to ourselves. This year Mr. Cornell has given his fans a ten question quiz to fill out for Christmas. The prize? Well, let’s let him answer that:

The prize in our quiz this year is this: an entire ‘comps’ box from DC Comics! (I was sent two of the same box, and would like to share the wealth.) This handsome ordinary cardboard box (actually, two boxes, one inside the… I’ll shut up about the box), contains:

122 comics, representing DC’s entire publishing spectrum, from Vertigo, Wildstorm, DC itself, the children’s titles… it’s everything published around the time of (and including) Batman #700. That includes a handful of duplicates.

26 softback collections (including Gaiman’s Detective Comics, Moore’s Superman, Roberson’s Cinderella, Carey’s The Unwritten).5 hardback collections (three of them from Blackest Night).

and 1 Sgt Rock Showcase softback!

Holy crap. That is a lot of free stuff! Clearly someone is feeling the Christmas spirit. Follow the previous link to take a shot at the quiz, but be warned: it’s really, really hard.
