Announced in a teaser sent out to websites for release today, it appears that David Lapham’s seminal “Stray Bullets” series has found a new home at Image Comics.

Originally released in 1995 from El Capitan Books (Lapham’s own imprint), the series was written and illustrated by David Lapham for 40 issues through 2005, and has since been largely out of print and difficult to find.

While the teaser doesn’t say much more than that, we would posit it to be one of three things:

  1. The return of the series
  2. The collection of the series
  3. Both

We’ll keep you posted as more information is revealed.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
