Image Wants You to Come Out and Play — and So Does Jim Zub [Update]

In an e-mail blast sent out to press outlets today, Image has begun teasing something new (as seen above) which says no more than “Come out and play.” The image appears to have a female figure carrying two sticks adorned with spikes and surrounded by cats, though what that means is your guess as much as it is ours. However, it is important to note that like the latest fashion, like a spreading disease, the kids are strappin’ on their way to the classroom and getting weapons with the greatest of ease.

Apparently you no longer have to keep ’em separated.

More updates on what this is soon, assumedly.

Update: You guys like “Skullkickers,” right?

I’d think you might like this too, then.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
