Robert Kirkman’s “The Walking Dead” reached the 100 issue mark last month and this January his superhero epic “Invincible” does the same with the cover, released today, teasing ‘The Death Of…’
Whose death? Well, I’m sure we’ll find out.
Updated (8/14/12): It seems like that was just the beginning as Image has released a new teaser today.

Updated (8/15/12): Now with more Robot.

Updated (8/16/12): Now with more Atom Eve.

Atom Eve, as a note, did “die” at one point in the series, during the Invincible War. Chances are, she’s not going to die again. Just a thought.
Updated (8/17/12): Now with more Kid Omni-Man.

We should note, Kid Omni-Man also was set to “die” at one point in the series, during the Viltrumite War, having been hideously disfigured during the battle and floating towards an assumed death before being rescued. I wouldn’t put my money on him dying either.
So, out of the five shown: Alan or Robot? Who do you think has the higher chance of biting the dust? My money is on Alan, only due to how much I like the character. Then again, Robot did just come back from an alternate dimension and is now involved in a long-form story revealing what happened to him with Monster Girl over there. Seems like he’s ripe for a noble sacrifice.
Update (8/20/12): Now with more Omni-Man

Update (8/21/12): And now, to wrap it all up, everyone dies:
