The moment everyone has been waiting for is here finally: the premiere of the latest Marvel Films trailer, as Iron Man 3’s trailer whets the appetite of the now Avengers crazy world. The latest film comes from Shane Black (Lethal Weapon, Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang) and seems to promise a darker direction, and one that features Guy Pearce as one nemesis in Iron Patriot and Ben Kingsley as the other in the form of Stark’s main baddie Mandarin.
What are the takeaways of this trailer? Things start to go badly for Tony, the bad guys start targeting Pepper, and Ben Kingsley might be trying to make Tom Hardy feel better about the reception for his Bane voice. Given the track record of the series so far and the skill set of Black, it’s probably safe to assume that this will be another quality flick. But Kingsley is on notice – let’s not bring the overacting buddy. Check it out below.
