Comic fans all know that when you get down to it, comics are really, really confusing. Especially the ones that have been going for a very long time. The X-Men, for one, might have the most convoluted and confounding history, and graphic designer Joe Stone expresses this visually with his “X-Men Family Tree” poster. The result is a highly entertaining piece that really puts the “WTF” in the X-Men.
As he noted, “I probably could have included more characters, but I had to draw the line somewhere.”
