EW.com is reporting that the JSA two parter for Smallville will air as a two hour “movie” event.
Entertainment Weekly says the two hour long “movie” will air on Jan. 29. The episodes are titled “Society” and “Legends” and will feature such characters as Hawkman, Dr. Fate and Stargirl. Penned by Geoff Johns this is probably one of the most anticipated episodes of the show since it’s inception.
Johns has stated in previous interviews that the budget for these episodes are higher than usual. He’s also stated that the producers have been extremely loyal to the looks of the characters. We’ll see how loyal but most are excited to see it.
I’m personally very excited by this news and look forward to plunking my ass down to watch this!
