Today, JT Krul has signed an exclusive deal with DC Comics! The controversial writer behind such titles as Green Arrow, Blackest Night: Titans, The Rise Of Arsenal, and the upcoming Teen Titans with Nicola Scott has been a favorite over at the DC offices for quite some time now, so it’s really no surprise that they’d offer him a deal, and good for him on getting it!
As he had to say in the official press release
To say I am thrilled about the exclusive at DC would be a gross understatement. I’ve loved each and every project I’ve worked on so far and am excited to know that I’ll be writing for them, and specifically for Green Arrow and Teen Titans, for the long haul. The company is jam-packed with amazing people all working to put out the best books possible each and every month, and I couldn’t be happier about joining the team – officially.
DC teased that you should keep your eyes open for more content from him soon (they’ve been teasing big Green Arrow plans for a while now). For more JT Krul, check out Teen Titans #88, the beginning of his run with Nicola Scott that debuts at the end of the month and – if nothing else – keep your eye open for the next issue when Damian Wayne joins the team (and beats everyone up, according to the Quitely variant I’ve attached here).
