Today a preview leaked from DC regarding their next animated movie project– Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths. The video follows the cut.
And it looks pretty damn amazing. While I’ll always be partial to Tim Daly and Kevin Conroy in the roles of Superman and Batman respectively, Mark Harmon and Billy Baldwin seem like they’ll do a fine job. Also, Gina Torres as Superwoman is a genius move. And speaking of Genius moves, James Woods as Owlman! My nerd sense was tingling when I heard that distinctive voice.
I’m also pleased to learn that while it’s inspired by the inter-reality comics of yesteryear, from the original all the way up to an MC favorite, JLA: Earth-2, it’s not a direct adaptation of any book.
And as the video says, it’s coming this spring. Can’t wait.
