Member three has now been announced for the upcoming Image mini-series co-written by Robert Kirkman, Guardians of the Globe. This title that takes place in the Invincible universe will now co-star Kaboomerang, a character whose tagline on his character card is the most entertaining yet.
“Yeah, mate. I know they’re supposed to come back to me, but I make them blow up first.”
Incredibly literal, yet still strangely funny. My excitement continues to grow for this book. It’s hard for me to not want to support a book that stars someone named Kaboomerang, but perhaps that’s just a me thing.
Guardians of the Globe launches in August.
