“Divinity III: Stalinverse” is Valiant’s winter event comic, and it plunges the world – not an alternate Earth, the world – under Soviet rule. The Red Brigade is the world security force that has arisen as part of the Stalinverse, and we are thrilled to share an exclusive first look at one of their members, Kostiy, the Deathless.
Much like the Red Legend had a story in last month’s “Divinity III: Komandar Bloodshot” #1, Kostiy’s origin will be fully fleshed out as a backup in next week’s “Divinity III: Aric, Son of the Revolution” #1. To tide you over, we have five pages below to give you a little taste as to what happened to Kostiy to turn her into an unkillable warrior. The story, again, like the Red Legend’s (and like two more Red Brigade members in upcoming one-shots), was written by Matt Kindt and illustrated by Juan Jose Ryp (although the title page was drawn by Clayton Crain).
