Earlier today, Scott McCloud blogged about a comic by Ida Eva Margrethe Neverdahl, a Norwegian artist with the username Jelly Vampire, who created perhaps one of the coolest and most inspirational comics by someone you’ve never heard of. Taking a page out of ideas from Scott McLoud’s Understanding Comics, the comic talks about her own evolution as an artist and how she looks at creating art and comics.

For the whole thing, click behind the cut (now with a fixed image!) or visit her DeviantArt page directly. It is all kinds of wonderful.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things.
