“Original Sin” has put a number of titles off their regular schedules, as has been noted in our solicit coverage, though the general fear is that certain titles not getting new solicits could mean they’re cancelled. Some books don’t have explanations for why they’re missing (“Iron Patriot”), and others have strange explanations of why they’re missing (Follow the adventures of Loki and Thor in “Original Sin” #5.ohgoddammit) — but for the most part, there is a fear amongst fans that some of their favorite books just won’t come back.

Well, good news, fellow “Loki, Agent of Asgard” fans: the book is indeed coming back for more. And in even better news, Jorge Coelho is joining the fray:

I am sad to see Lee Garbett go, personally, as Garbett has done a phenomenal job on the first five issues. But, on the bright side, Coelho is a great new artist for the series — and if you look at the picture above and notice the words “Marvel style” (ie, the methodology in which the writer puts out a basic outline of actions, the artist does all the plotting and panel layouts and everything and the writer scripts over it), then man, “Loki” is about to get even better than it already is.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
