The final Year of the X-Men liveblog dealt with the X-Men franchise as a whole, and reiterated many of the announcements made earlier in the week. The big reveal, though, was what Paul Jenkin’s upcoming X-Men: Prelude is a prelude to: the much hinted at upcoming X-crossover/event, titled Schism, along with an ominous teaser by Greg Land. I think we can all put two and two together and agree that this is the result of the much hinted-at upcoming clash between Cyclops and Wolverine. I mean, Cyke’s visor cut evenly in three separate parts? Claw marks on the ground? Kinda laying it on a bit thick!
