In something that can be described as “completely and totally awesome,” Marvel has offered up a deal through Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America’s Rucksack website allowing Veterans to get free Digital Comics Unlimited subscriptions from now through January 6th, 2011! The service allows offers 9,000 digital comics and 400 completed series featuring “digital comics from every era and all of their top characters: Spider-Man, Iron Man, X-Men, Thor, Captain America, Fantastic Four and many more super heroes.” This normally costs $59.88 for a years worth of subscription services, so the deal is pretty damn awesome.

If you or someone you know has served, be sure to point them in the direction of this link right here for free Marvel comics.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
