Finally. Set to arrive July 28th, 2017, we now know that Chadwick Boseman of “42” and “Get On Up” fame will be playing T’Challa, aka Black Panther, in the upcoming film. Pretty popular casting right there, I’d say. You can see some concept art below, but it’s pretty easy to just say, it looks like Black Panther. That’s a very good thing indeed.

Apparently Black Panther will actually first appear in the upcoming “Captain America: Civil War”, and not only that, but it will be in costume. That makes sense, given the nature of the film.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
