Marvel Teases the Hunted, From the People Who Brought You the Activity

In today’s first Marvel NOW! Phase Two tease, we get “Hunted” by Nate Edmondson and Mitch Gerards. You may know these names as a duo thanks to their work on “The Activity,” a war comic at Image that emphasized the realism of the events.

With that in mind, I’d admittedly lean towards the notion this is a similar book to “Cable and X-Force,” if not just a relaunch of that book (I doubt it — Hopeless and Larocca have a good thing going over there). I’m not particularly sure what characters at Marvel would be good in a war-like situation that aren’t already in one, but it’ll be interesting to see what this ends up being.

The latest issue of “The Activity,” #15 is in stores now.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
