Marvel Teases Infinity by Hickman and Cheung on FCBD 2013

There have been some rumblings that the next big Marvel event thing (if you aren’t counting “Age of Ultron”) would be something cosmic, all of it stemming from the upcoming “Nova,” “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Thanos” mini. Today’s teaser would seem to confirm this.

With the word “Infinity” attached, assumedly related to a series of famous Marvel event titles (and, probably, this book as well), we get a peek at Thanos poking his big, ugly head out from behind the shatterings of the Marvel Universe. Then you scroll down to note the names attached – Jonathan Hickman and Jim Cheung.

Well, I’m sold.

So, May 4th – Arrested Development season 4 and a new comic from Hickman and Cheung. I don’t know, I think May 4th kind of has it in the bag for “best day of the year” in 2013.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
