Are you a fan of the Marvel UK world that is basically untouched, as things go? Well then. Have I got news for you.
Teased today by Marvel, we’ll be seeing the release of a series called “Revolutionary War” that focuses on Marvel’s UK heroes such as the Knights of Pendragon, Motor Mouth, Dark Angel, Deathshead II and Digitek and the Warheads take on Psycho Wraiths, sufficiently leaving most non-Marvel UK fans scratching their heads whilst others cheer for the return of these abandoned characters. Written by Andy Lanning and illustrated by someone who will be announced at a later point in time, the book is tentatively scheduled for January 2014.
I imagine this will very much be a niche title, one that I’ll happily enjoy over here in my silly anglophile universe. But, I would be remiss if I published this article and didn’t note: I am so sick of these Keep Calm And… riffs. Come on.
