
Marvel Comics have launched a “new and improved” version of their subscription reading app Marvel Unlimited, which will now carry new exclusive, weekly titles under the name Infinity Comics. These comics, which are designed with a vertical approach ideal for mobile reading, consist of:
– “X-Men Unlimited,” by writer Jonathan Hickman and Declan Shalvey, which will spotlight the adventures of different mutants, beginning with Wolverine (Logan) invading an AIM base in outer space. The first issue is now available to read for free.
– “It’s Jeff!” by writer Kelly Thompson and the artistic team of Gurihiru, starring Deadpool’s pet Land Shark. Jeff was created by Thompson and Daniele Di Nicuolo for their 2019 “West Coast Avengers” run, and has become a fond fan favorite. Issues #1 and #2 are available now.
– “Giant-Size Little Marvels,” by Skottie Young and Dax Gordine, starring the baby-style renditions of Marvel’s heroes and villains that Young debuted for “X-Babies” in 2009. Issues #1 and #2 are available now.
– “Captain America Infinity Comic,” written by Jay Edidin with art by Nico Leon. The series a violent group taking possession of the Liberty Bell, and demanding an audience with Steve Rogers. Issues #1 and #2 are available now.

– “Shang-Chi Infinity Comic,” written by Alyssa Wong with art by Nathan Stockman, sees the martial arts hero team up with South Korean agent White Fox (Ami Han) “to combat a deadly poison that has been unleashed across the world.” The complete series, consisting of four issues, is available to read right now.
– “Black Widow Infinity Comic,” a one-shot by writer Mark Russell and artist Ann Maulina, that sees Natasha Romanoff and Hawkeye going on an “Easter egg hunt.”
– “Amazing Fantasy Prelude Infinity Comic,” a prequel by writer/artist Kaare Andrews for his series of the same name, which reveals Wolverine was also transported to the book’s mysterious fantasy realm years ago.
– “Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane Infinity Comic,” a new five-part edition of Sean McKeever and Takeshi Miyazawa’s acclaimed 2005-07 manga-style series, which explored Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson’s relationship from her perspective.
– “Infinity Comics Primers,” new retellings of the origins of Spider-Man (Parker), Venom, Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, Black Panther, Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Gwen, all penned by Robbie Thompson with a host of artists.
The new imprint should not be confused with Marvel’s digital-first initiative from the early 2010s, which was called Infinite Comics. The company promises over 100 Infinity Comics will be released on Unlimited by the end of the year.
