This past weekend was Glastonbury 2010, the epic music festival that featured something for everyone and then a few more people on top of that. With a weekend of highlights that included Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood performing unannounced, Snoop Dogg joining Gorillaz on stage, and much, much more, the highlight may have been the grand finale. Not only that, but to genre fans such as us, it was an even bigger moment.

During Orbital’s closing set on the last day, current Doctor Matt Smith (of the just finished Fifth Series) joined the electronic outfit on stage for an epic rendition of the Doctor Who theme for all to enjoy. They threw in an unparalleled in its awesomeness light show to give Who fans a monumental conclusion to their long (but assuredly awesome) weekend. Check out the amazing above, as it is not to be missed for Who fans (or like me, fans of glorious things).
