Teased on his Twitter account, Michael Moreci (writer of “Hoax Hunters,” “Skybreaker,” “Curse,” all around good guy) posted the above image for a new series he has coming from Image Comics. Little else was said, but Moreci has a proven track record and is a Multiversity favorite, as it were, so intrigue was certainly created.

So I bugged him about it. When pressed him for more, all Michael would say is:

The series is coming soon from Image, and it’s sci-fi. And not crime in space and calling it sci-fi. It’s real deal sci-fi. Dark City, Gattaca. Arthur C. Clarke. Those are the stars I’m steering by.

I like Dark City, Gattaca and Arthur C. Clarke. I also like stars! I’m in.

We’ll keep you posted as more information is revealed.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
