It seems that Marvel has more in store for Legacy outside of the return of one hero which was revealed yesterday. In fact there are still more characters returning as revealed today, and perhaps even more to come as the issue hits stands tomorrow. If you are still hoping to go into the one-shot blind then please close this tab now. If not, well Deadpool warned you.

It appears that the Richards’ kids will be making a come back in “Marvel Legacy” #1 as Valeria and Franklin are coming home. The children of Reed and Sue Richards have been missing since the end of “Secret Wars” in 2015 as them and their parents, along with the rest of the Future Foundation, ascended to a place outside of time and space and set about rebuilding the multiverse after Doctor Doom mucked it up. The only two members of the Fantastic Four family who have been active in the Marvel Universe lately have been Johnny Storm, the Human Torch who has taken up with the Avengers Unity Squad and has also been a part of the Inhumans titles, dating Medusa for a bit, as well as Ben Grimm, the Thing, who, after a brief stint with the Guardians of the Galaxy, has become an agent of SHIELD and has been seen making the reformed Doctor Doom’s life hell in “Infamous Iron Man.” Both the Thing and the Human Torch will headline “Marvel Two-In-One” launching in December from Chip Zdarsky and Jim Cheung with an arc called “The Fate of the Four”

Marvel Editor-in-Chief Alex Alonso had this to say about the return of Franklin and Valeria, “Keep reading. And start with “Marvel Two-In-One,” where half of the Fantastic Four will form the ultimate buddy book. Can 1 plus 1 equal four? Find out.”

With this announcement, will Reed and Sue be on the heels of their children? Will “Marvel Two-In-One” be the “Fantastic Four” soft-relaunch it’s rumored to be? Are there more returns coming on the heels of Wolverine, Franklin and Valeria? All these questions and more may be answered, or force new questions, when “Marvel Legacy” #1 launches tomorrow September 27th from Jason Aaron and Esad Ribic.
