Announced with Image’s November solicits, Morning Glories will be getting the deluxe hardcover treatment for the first twelve issues. As the solicit reads,
At last, an oversized hardcover of NICK SPENCER’s runaway hit series, MORNING GLORIES. This deluxe edition features every cover, plus sketches, character studies and other extras that no collector or fan of the series will want to be without.
So it’s safe to say that those of you who have been hardcover waiting the trades while trade waiting the series are in luck, as this book will make quite a nice hardcover edition to any home.
It is unknown what these other extras are, but it’s safe to assume they aren’t copies of our article Study Hall, offering up annotations per issue and helping to uncover some of the mysteries of the book (which you can find conveniently archived right here!). And that’s about as shameless as a plug as we give around here.
The book retails for $39.99 and is set for a release date of November 30th.
