Tomorrow starts New York Comic Con. And, though our staff hails from all over the world, this the closest we have to a “home” convention. We will have 10+ staffers roaming the Jacob Javits Center in search of interviews, comics, and all the weird freebies our families will roll their eyes at when they take up space on the dining room table.

If you’re at the show and want to say hi, keep an eye out for folks with a Multiversity sticker somewhere on their person (sometimes on a badge, or a camera, or a backpack) and tell us you’re a reader!

Or, if you are 21 and over, join us on Saturday night for an informal meet and greet at Porchlight. We will be meeting at 7 and just hanging out having some food and drinks. Feel free to stop by and toast comics with us!

Regardless, if you’re at the con, stay hydrated, wear comfortable shoes, bring some sort of portable phone charger, and get ready to spend more money than you’d like!

Brian Salvatore

Brian Salvatore is an editor, podcaster, reviewer, writer at large, and general task master at Multiversity. When not writing, he can be found playing music, hanging out with his kids, or playing music with his kids. He also has a dog named Lola, a rowboat, and once met Jimmy Carter. Feel free to email him about good beer, the New York Mets, or the best way to make Chicken Parmagiana (add a thin slice of prosciutto under the cheese).
