All this week, we’ve ran our Multiversity Vs. the DCnU to a) give you some (hopefully) interesting articles of all different perspectives towards the relaunch and b) give everyone on staff a bit of a breather from the normal schedule. While next week we will back to our regular selves, we hope you enjoyed what we had to offer.
With that in mind, here is the full list of all of our DCnU coverage for your perusal:
- From DCU to DCnU – David takes back M101 this week to talk about some of the conspiracy theories behind the rebootlaunch
- A Look at the Justice League Titles – Matt gives you the 411 on 11 of the upcoming Justice League-related titles
- Op/ed: An Open Letter To Geoff Johns – Matt steps up to the plate to address some of his concerns about Johns’ writing, and what he’d like to see from Aquaman
- Where Did That Missing JLI Character Go? – Hey, wasn’t there a girl in the corner a minute ago? Did Jurgens watch Dirty Dancing and take that famous line to heart?
- Comics Should Be Cheap! – In this week’s CSBC!, we take $20 and decide what titles from the relaunch we want to buy
- A Look at the Green Lantern Titles – Brandon gives you some thoughts on the 4 new Green Lantern titles.
- The Missing DC Characters – OK, so we know about the characters who survived the reboot. But what about the ones that didn’t?
- A Look at the Batman Titles – Walt titles the biggest franchise DC has: The Bat Man
- A Look at the Edge Titles – David steps up for the Edge titles, and then talks about some character named Bluee Beetle who you probably haven’t heard of
- Mark Grayson Talks Comics – A brief interlude in our series, as we look at what Mark Grayson is up to now that he’s returned to Earth
- Grant Morrison Talks Action Comics Relaunch – No, not to us unfrotunately. But check the link for a video from LA Times’ Hero Complex Film Festival in which Morrison outlines some of his hopes for the Superman rebootlaunch
- A Look at the Young Justice Titles – Patrick gets saddled with the task of discussing the upcoming Young Justice titles (much to his chagrin, but our amusement)
- A Look at the Supernatural Titles – Josh geeks out about Animal Man, and then remembers that he has to write about other characters too
- Op/ed: Too Many Titles? – Walt sits down and debates if there are possibly maybe too many titles for this rebootlaunch, and posits on how DC could’ve done this more constructively
- A Look at the Superman Titles – Matt returns for the last solicit analysis, this time tackling the Man of Steel and his family’s 4 books (as opposed to Batman’s family’s 11)
- Friday Recommendation – a few paragraphs written by every MC member talking about their favorite in-continuity story. That is, until the reboot happens, and it all of a sudden is not so in-continuity anymore.
We hope you enjoyed this week’s content, and also hope you checked out some of our non-DC related news, such as the one about Brahm Revel’s Guerillas kickstarter or the one about Canaan Grall’s Muppet Thor. Oh, and there was also that Green Lantern film review we posted, so there’s that too.
As mentioned earlier, we’ll be back to normal next week, so be sure to come back! And keep your eye open. There may or may not be one more DCnU article left to come…
