That header is a bit rough, but it’s true: the new Game of Thrones trailer has a TON of spoilers in it. They’re the kind of spoilers you may not recognize at first, but as a guy who very much does not like watching trailers because of what they’ll spoil, I will confirm that this trailer is rife with spoilers for this season, having read the books.
But, at the same time, it’s all kinds of awesome. After all, one of my favorite scenes from the book is in this trailer, and it’s one of the scenes I’ve been looking forward to seeing done on the show the most. Looks like they got it right from where I’m sitting.
So I warned you. There are things in this that you won’t want to see until it happens live, and Game of Thrones Season 3 isn’t that far away. Can you resist?
And if you can’t and you haven’t read the books, just watch it once and move on. Trust me.
