“Forever Evil” may have ended today, but it looks like Batman has still found a way to steal the news away from the company that publishes him.

As you can see below, there is a new gameplay trailer for the finale to the Arkham trilogy. Featuring a menacing voice over and showcasing a new cutscene of Gotham being decimated, now you can see what it’ll be like to play as Batman in Gotham as the city burns. Gliding appears to be upgraded, as well as punching — and, oh, do you want to see what it’ll be like to drive the Batmobile? Because you’ll be able to drive the Batmobile. Like, all over the damn place — on the road, not on the road… It’s the mother-flippin’ Batmobile, yo.

You also get to see the Arkham Knight briefly in action. He seems like a real jerk.

Take a look at the trailer below:

We also have these brand new screenshots for you to enjoy:

Batman: Arkham Knight is set for release in October of this year. In October, you’ll get to drive the Batmobile.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
