Marvel released a “Second Coming” preview issue this past week (Brandon and I discussed it on our podcast) which was laden with interesting information. To go along with a section that was all about the history of the Phoenix (hmmm…), there was a new teaser image at the very back of the issue. This image is above, but it is a very interesting image in many ways: the purely gold background, the blood coming off the X-Men symbol, and the post “Second Coming” date.
We already know that one X-Men will die (odds are even on it being Cable), but will there be more, along with a major shake-up? As Brandon and I discussed, Magneto bringing Kitty back could lead to Colossus rejoining him and more – could we see Magneto ascendant post “Second Coming”? Very curious indeed. Feel free to speculate in the comments.
