Avengers vs X-Men: No More Avengers News

No More Avengers?

Marvel Comics has sent out a new press release with an ominous header: “No more Avengers!” An obvious twist on the words “No more mutants” that drastically changed the Marvel Universe seven years ago, the phrase makes it clear that, once again, nothing will ever be the same, and that everything you knew was wrong. Beyond that, though, the press release does not have much information, and this vagueness might suggest that there may be more to the catchy headline than might appear. Of course, there is no way Marvel will do away with their premier team so soon after the release of their blockbuster hit film… would they? Of course, that did not stop DC when ‘Batman R.I.P’ rolled out around the same time as The Dark Knight.
