With Wildstorm closing down shop recently, there was much speculation as to where their staff and management would go in the big restructuring DC was going through.
Today at the DC Town Hall at NYCC, we got our answer, as former VP/GM of Wildstorm Hank Kanalz was announced as the new Senior VP of Digital Publishing. His role will be overseeing the new DC Digital Comics Division out of Burbank, California, with much of Wildstorm’s staff moving along with Kanalz.
Not only that but Kanalz will also being overseeing DC’s kids comics, with Dan Didio stating that he is currently working on “the most ambitious young readers’ comics ever.”
