Sometimes panels at cons can have throwaway information that is just too awesome to not post. Sure, the revelation today at NYCC’s panel for Marvel – Avengers Assemble isn’t big news, but it is amazing. That news? Squirrel Girl will be the nanny for Luke Cage and Jessica Jones’ baby in New Avengers.
Squirrel Girl, Dan Slott’s beloved superstar superhero. The same Squirrel Girl who once beat Thanos in one-on-one combat. The same Squirrel Girl who is pretty much amazing.
That is news that I for one cannot to see in execution. Bravo to Marvel for that.
