PBS Is A Super Hero

Here’s a nice little story for your afternoon: Little Noah, a five year old television fan, wrote a letter to PBS Kids saying that he enjoys their programming but would like if they had a new super hero show called Super Heroes To The Rescue. As a downpayment to this, he attached a dollar to the letter, hoping it would help fund the show.

While it didn’t neccesarily fund an entirely new show, PBS gave a grand response in return by creating a website dedicated to Noah featuring the two heroes they have on their network. The site reads, “Dear Noah: Thank you for your dollar. We are glad you love PBS KIDS so much! The good news is we have two super hero to the rescue shows that we think you will enjoy, Super Why! and WordGirl. Love, PBS KIDS.”

This is entirely adorable in every single way imaginable.

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
