Comic artist Philip Sevy (“Tomb Raider”) has announced his first creator-owned series, which is entitled “Triage.” The mini-series follows nurse Evie Pierce as she awakens in a new world next to two strangers: a caustic superhero and a jaded survivor from an unknown post-apocalyptic world. The trio has to work together to uncover the secrets of their assemblage and survive. “Triage” will be written, illustrated, and colored by Sevy.
In a statement about the series, Sevy said, “For my first creator-owned book, I wanted to try and deliver the biggest, boldest and craziest story I could through the lens of one singular vision. In ‘Triage,’ I wanted to go as big and as personal as possible. From writing to penciling to inking to coloring (with amazing letters by Frank Cvetkovic), I’ve been killing myself to deliver a story that is exciting, fun, audacious and human. At its core, Triage is about discovering your identity amidst the chaos and enormities of the world around you.”
