Rulk Gets A Rogues Gallery

Well look at this! The farther and farther we move from Jeph Loeb’s Rulk run, the more and more relevant Rulk is getting to the Marvel U.

With Rulk joining up with the Avengers as well as continuing his single adventures in the Hulk title, Jeff Parker is now moving Rulk beyond the immediate aftermath of World War Hulks into a brand new Rogues Gallery-featuring arc, with art by the always awesome Gabriel Hardman. From the look of it, we have some kind of Destroyer-esque figure as well as what I think is safe to assume government related villains to take the Rulk down (as the guy in the right looks to be in some kind of sweet para-military Avatar-esque battle suit.

We’ll be talking to Jeff Parker soon, so you can be assured that we will ask him about this. Take a look below for the official press release from Marvel.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
