Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at rundown@multiversitycomics.com.

– The Hollywood Reporter has a nice little summation piece about the status of the “Fantastic Four” title post-FF and post-“Secret Wars”: no longer published. Among the quotes are Tom Breevort saying that this has more to do with creator & fan apathy for the book than any Marvel/Fox beef over the film incarnations of the First Family. He also reminds people that Marvel shelved “Thor” as an ongoing, only to bring it back after a few years to great success. While I think the cross-company bad blood accounted for this more than he is able (or willing) to admit, I do agree that this particular phase of their appearance on comic shelves is by no means permanent.
– Staying with the FF for this next bit, CBR talked to the criminally Oscar-snubbed Michael B. Jordan about his time as Johnny Storm and whether or not he’s willing to flame on ever again.
– Daredevil Season 2 showrunner Doug Petrie responds to Frank Miller’s apathy to their use of Elektra with about as much concern as you’d expect.
– 2016 may end up being a fantastic (if not a “Fantastic Four”) year, but it’s sure starting off rough. Losing Lemmy, then David Bowie, and now Alan Rickman? By Grabthar’s hammer that sucks. Here are some Alan Rickman tributes from members of the comics community.
– How did they make a perfectly circular life-size BB-8 out of LEGOs, you ask? This video will explain.
