– Marvel Television released the images of four exclusive posters that they will be bringing to NYCC this year, highlighting Marvel’s offerings across various services. ABC’s Agents of SHIELD, Hulu’s Runaways, Freeform’s Cloak & Dagger, and Netflix’s Jessica Jones: Season 2 are all featured. These are the first bits of promotional material for Cloak & Dagger and Jessica Jones, and the Runaways poster is the first look at how Old Lace will be portrayed in the show. (The nose ring is intact, and she’s now sporting the now-requisite dinosaur feathers.) The posters will be available at various ticketed Marvel signings at the con. Tickets will be available on a first-come first-served lottery basis at Marvel’s booth.

– Speaking of NYCC, the organizers of the con just announced that they’ll be starting a new convention in Philadelphia next year called Keystone Comic Con. Global Head of ReedPOP, Lance Fensterman said of the announcement, “Philadelphia continues to be a strong market for pop culture and comic book sales, and we are very excited to bring a ReedPOP experience to this region.”

– DC has released another trailer for Geoff Johns and Gary Frank’s upcoming “Doomsday Clock” event. Johns talks a bit about the artwork that they originally released at SDCC this year, but it’s basically just a tease for the “Doomsday Clock” panel at NYCC, where they will be releasing more actual information. “Doomsday Clock” promises to finally pay off all the “Watchmen” teases in ‘Rebirth,’ and#1 will be released on November 22.

– In the last bit of NYCC-related news, the Harvey Awards Committee will award the late Darwyn Cooke with a “Hall of Fame” award, and Hiro Mashima with an “International Spotlight” honor. Although the Harvey Awards are skipping this year due to the move from Baltimore to New York, they are still hosting a reception at this year’s NYCC, where they will celebrate the two creators.

Arrow villain Prometheus will return (kind of) for the “Crisis on Earth-X” four-way crossover between Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. The version of the character making an appearance will be the one from Earth-X, called Prometheus-X. Earth-X is an alternate earth where Nazis won World War II, and many heroes are now villains. The crossover event will air over two nights on November 27 and 28.

– Hulu’s adaptation of “Locke & Key” has added two actors to its pilot. Newcomer Jack Mulhern will play Tyler Locke, the oldest Locke child, and co-lead of the series. Danny Glover will join as Joe Ridgeway, the “eccentric” english teacher at Matheson Academy, who becomes a mentor to the Locke children. Glover’s role will not be a series regular, and may be as small as a cameo.

– Stan Lee and Tampa Bay’s MegaCon helped raise $25,000 for Hurricane Irma relief. The money was raised via auction of seven unique items, and a portion of the ticket sales. Some of the auctioned items were a cameo in the upcoming Jay & Silent Bob movie, and an all-expenses paid trip to L.A. for dinner with Lee and a Black-Eyed Peas concert. Those two auction winners must have been very generous.

– And in case you were wondering if Stan Lee has a cameo in Fox’s new X-Men show, The Gifted, of course he does! The premiere aired last night, and Lee can be seen briefly, walking out of a dive bar.
