Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email me at david@multiversitycomics.com.

– Jeff Smith, one of the greatest cartoonists ever, is premiering his new webcomic Tuki Save the Humans! at an upcoming CBLDF brunch on November 10 in NYC. For those who can’t go, smile a big smile, as this means we’re that much closer to new Jeff Smith comics!
– Comic Vine had a poll asking readers what their favorite Batman story is and somehow, SOMEHOW, Hush won with Court of Owls getting third place. I can only assume this means most readers of Comic Vine either a) don’t like good comics or b) have very limited comic reading experience, but seeing Year One get nearly half the votes of Hush is astonishing. Most of the time when I look at experiments like this I’m disappointed, but honestly, I wouldn’t have even included Hush on the list going in because frankly, it isn’t very good.
– Zero from Ales Kot, Jordie Bellaire and Image Comics has different artists each issue, and after the amazing first two issues, many wondered who was next. Well good news for you, folks: the list is amazing. Kot shared the list, and names like Mateus Santolouco, Tonci Zonjic and Michael Gaydos appear over the next six issues. The rich get richer, as long as the rich are Kot as a man writing for amazing artists and us as readers.
– Brian Wood shares some uncomfortable and bad news for a writer to go through on Twitter, and all I can do is shake my head.
