Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email me at david@multiversitycomics.com.

– Ryan Ottley posted a time lapse video of him working on a creature drawing of some variety, and holy shit you guys, that Ryan Ottley is great at art. It’s incredible watching him work, and it’s well worth a view. Plus, awesome jam. Nice choice Ryan. Nice choice.
– This 1987 ad for Youngblood’s vaporware #1 at Megaton Comics is amazing.
– Get excited Tintin fans: Casterman has announced that they’ll make one more Tintin book against Herge’s wishes. Temper that excitement though, as the plan isn’t to publish it until 2052 (when I will be 68, which is creepy weird to think about). Quick question though: who the hell announces the publication of a book 40 years before its arrival?
– Kath Leth has a new weekly comic series over at Comics Alliance, and in her first edition she tackles the right and wrong ways to approach cosplayers.
