SDCC ’11: Conan Brings The Flaming C To Comic-Con

After teaming up with Bruce Timm for a bit on his show, Conan o Brien – you know the one – created a superhero alter ego called the Flaming C. Then, just because, he crashed the Green Lantern Animated Series panel at Comic-Con to bust out the high resolution CGI trailer you can view above.

As to if this is going to be for something “real” or not is up in the air. There has been no confirmation from O’Brien (anywhere I can find) that seems to indicate this will be anything more than just more jokes for his show, but that’s certainly alright with us. Fans at the panel asked Conan questions abut the character and he played along, joking that this would be the first comic-related project written by fans instead of the creators.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
