You can drop the too cool for school act kids. We know that hating on the Red Hulk is always such a hot thing for comic fans to do, but we (mostly MC EIC Matt) have news for you: if he’s in Jeff Parker’s hands, the guy is a hit.

Actually, the whole book is, just like everything else Parker does. A-List, C-List, F-List, you name it, Parker can make it work, which is why we are completely confident that when “Hulk” becomes “Red She-Hulk” with issue #58, that Parker won’t miss a beat.

Parker tells MTV Geek that the title will no longer feature “Thunderbolt” Ross or his Red Hulk alter-ego, but it will feature Betty Ross, her red, punch dancing Hulk side and the same supporting cast. Parker, as he tends to do, does a phenomenal job of selling the book:

“Our premise examines some possible ugly truths under the surface of the Marvel Universe that put her up against… everybody. She’s literally one woman against the world here, and you may agree with her, you may hate what she stands for. But you will see a lot of fighting.”

More on this as we get it, but this title is definitely one to watch.
