Day two at San Diego Comic Con 2015 has come and gone, with a ton of really exciting news being announce – but we couldn’t cover it all. We’ve got all the news that we missed yesterday in one convenient place, right here!

DC:
– A metric shit-ton of DC TV news dropped on Saturday, and let’s recap:
– Stephen Amell has a new costume on Arrow, and will have new guest stars in the form of Mister Terrific (!) and Anarky.
– The Flash has cast its Jay Garrick and Patty Spivot, and Zoom will be the season’s big bad.
– Legends from Tomorrow will give us something to do with Hawkman and has revealed the other half of the Firestorm matrix in the first season.
– There is a trailer for the 6-part animated Vixen series, which will air on the CW Seed, its weirdly titled online presence.
– Supergirl has cast its Maxwell Lord (!), and will feature Livewire and Reactron in the first season.
– In non-TV news, the Suicide Squad trailer debuted, and shaky fan footage is circulating out there if you can find it.
– DC has provided this handy ‘History of Robin’ infographic for, what is turning out to be, the autumn of the Boy Wonder.
– DC Animation has announced two more upcoming projects: Batman: Bad Blood and Justice League Vs. Titans. Can’t we get a few DC films without pitting heroes against each other?
Marvel:
– Bryan Singer revealed the first look at Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse in – you guessed it! – X-Men: Apocalypse.
– The Fox panel sounded like a blast – some funny Deadpool footage, a surprise Channing Tatum appearance, and a huge selfie. Read all about it here.
– The Fantastic Four end credits will be scored by El-P.
– “Star Wars” and “Darth Vader” will cross over in the terribly titled “Vader Down” mini this fall, written by Jason Aaron and Kieron Gillen, and illustrated by Salvador Larocca and Mike Deodato.
– Not to let DC have all the October monster variants, Marvel has announced a series of variants featuring all Jack Kirby monster creations. That sounds dope.
Other Publishers:
– Joss Whedon has announced a new Dark Horse comic called “Twist,” which he describes as “a female Victorian Batman” – that sound you hear is Whedon fans passing out in unison.
– While talking about “Fight Club 2,” Chuck Palahniuk described a new ‘very dark’ comic idea he’s working on.
– “Archie Meets Ramones” – dreams do come true.
– James Asmus will fill in for two issues of “Unity,” #23 and #24, before Matt Kindt comes back for the oversized #25.
– Larry Hama is bringing the “Cobra World Order” to G.I. Joe comics this fall. I wonder if they’ll eventually be a Cobra World Order Wolfpac.
– And, finally Titan has announced “Bloodthirtsy” by Disney screenwriter Mark Landry.
